Wiseco Pro-lite piston, rings, pin and clips, top-end bearing and a top-end gasket set. The ports get the rough casting flaws removed and finished with a glass beaded finish. (we do not consider this a "ported cylinder") Removing casting flaws will gain significant power in midrange and top-end without loosing any low end power. The bigger bore adds power all through the powerband. The glass beaded finish helps prevent fuel/air separation but also allows good air flow.

AMA legal 265cc Big Bore kits for most 250's $450.00 on your cylinder. The kit includes: Boring and replating your cylinder. Cylinder head modified for the big bore piston. Wiseco Pro-lite piston, rings, pin and clips, top-end bearing and a top-end gasket set. The ports get the rough casting flaws removed and finished with a glass beaded finish. (we do not consider this a "ported cylinder") Removing casting flaws will gain significant power in midrange and top-end without loosing any low end power. The bigger bore adds power all through the powerband. The glass beaded finish helps prevent fuel/air separation but also allows good air flow.

Fully ported kits: Cylinder head chamber gets polished, exhaust ports are enlarged and polished, the transfer ports get the casting flaws removed and finished with a glass beaded finish.

All 2 stroke big bore kits include: Cylinder bored oversize, ports modified back to stock port timing (port location moves slightly due to boring cylinder oversize)bead blasted and Nikasil plated. Cylinder head modified for the big bore piston. Wiseco Pro-lite piston kit (piston, rings, pin and clips), top-end bearing and a top-end gasket set. The Intake ports, exhaust port and transfer ports get only the rough casting flaws removed and finished with a glass beaded finish. (we do not consider this a "ported cylinder") Removing casting flaws will gain significant power in midrange and top-end without loosing any low end power. The glass beaded finish helps prevent fuel/air separation but also allows good air flow. The Nikasil plating on our re-plated cylinders is a minimum of .004" thick as compared to the stock thickness of .0015"-.002"
